1. Reservation of the after-sale service

To return, change or repair Takee phone, please contact the customer service, describe your problem and make a reservation.

We will arrange technicians and spare parts according to your needs, thus saving your time.

2. Attention!
In order to offer after-sale service more efficiently, we would like you to follow the following procedures to change or return your phone.
1)Please mail the whole set of the product, including the package, attachments and gifts. Otherwise we will reject the mail.
2)Please attach a note with your name, phone number, order number and the reason of changing or returning the phone, which will help us record your problem and deal with it as soon as possible.
3)When we receive your phone, we will have technicians examine the phone to see whether it has quality issues or not. If so, we will pay the postage. If not, you have to pay the postage.
We do not accept mails of which the postage should be paid by us on delivery. We will reject such mails. Please pay the postage first. Once quality issues are identified, we will pay the postage back to the account you provided. So please provide us the invoice of the express mail.
